This single story House is absolutely an Oasis. You have Cascading Waterfall Falls in thebackyard. The Islands neighborhood is also Gilbert's Paradise. This is NOT our previous condo in Chandler.
This custom house has been remodeled to the highest standards of quality. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and cascading waterfalls in the backyard Island with singing birds and nature. It's a soothing tropical lagoon in the desert. This home has a beautiful master suite with double vanities, custom lighting, under-mount sinks and natural and quartz slab countertops. The countertops throughout the home are either natural quartz, marble or granite slabs.
THE KITCHEN: The custom kitchen is designed for today's needs... It's clean and modern design with the highest standards ofquality. All the stainless steel appliances are top of the line. The quartz countertops and the custom glass backsplash are clean and modern elegance. An extra large stainless rectangular under-mount sink and a modern brushed nickel faucet fit your preparation needs with ease. The under cabinets LED lighting and the hidden electrical outlets makes the design simple, clean and elegant. At night, the LED floor lighting gives you and your guest a safe path to the kitchen without turning the main lights on. The convection oven cooks your food with precision. The high BTU output of the range is every chef's dream and the custom hood takes all the odors away quietly and efficiently. The soft close hinges on all the kitchen cabinets and drawers lets open and close without any noise that could disturb others.
THE BATHROOMS: All the sinks are under-mount with quartz, marble and granite.
The master bath 1 has a custom double vanity and shower tub.
THE BEDROOMS: The master 1 bedroom has solid wood furniture with a king size bed and a 12 inch luxury NOVA memory gel foam mattress (same as the master 2 bedroom), with luxury waterproof mattress covers to protect you without changing the feel of the mattress.
This bedroom has a seating area and an extra large sun-drenched balcony overlooking the water and island with waterfalls, birds and natural landscape....
The new custom energy efficient windows keep you warm in winter and very cool in summer. Everything including, all the blinds, curtains, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, carpet and tile are all new throughout the home.
This is not your average vacation rental, it is however your dream home while you are on vacation....

Great Stay

Thank you Hawa for a great stay! We appreciated your responsiveness and being so accessible when we had questions. Our family really enjoyed the home. We especially liked the spacious bedrooms, and all the windows were great for us snowbirds to enjoy the sunlight and outdoor surroundings. Great location close to lots of stores and downtown Gilbert a short 10 min car ride away. We felt very safe and liked being in a quiet, gated community. We hope to stay again.

Great stay in Gilbert

The home was very comfortable and stocked with the necessary items… we really appreciated not having to buy paper products & salt, pepper & oil right off the bat! The kitchen was modern & had all of the cooking pots we needed. There was a drip coffee pot & we left a kuerig pot there too. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having the laundry available. The community was gated and very quiet and tranquil. We used the community pool & hot tub and most of the time we were the only ones using it. Very private and safe. The waterfall off the patio was a perfect backdrop for our happy hours. We enjoyed watching the turtles (big) sunning themselves and the Egrets, Malards & green Heron. Just as we were leaving we saw a few baby mallards swim by👍 Hawa was very attentive and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed and to answer questions. All & all we would certainly rent this beautiful home again.

Peaceful Paradise

Thanks Hawa for a nice stay with my family. The waterfall is very calming during the day and evening while turned on and house is nicely renovated. Appreciate Hawa being so welcoming.

Beautiful peaceful getaway

The whole family loved the home and surrounding water features. The host was wonderful and very accessible. Hawa has put a lot of care into the house, and we are looking forward to booking the next time the family is in town.

Lovely property and owner!

We just spent two wonderful months at this lovely property in Chandler. Hawa was so responsive and helpful in providing information about the condo, and fun activities in the area. The condo community is beautifully maintained, with a heated pool and sparkling clean hot tub. The condo is set up to make you completely comfortable during your stay. It is close to golf, theaters, great farmer's markets, and all major highways. Hawa's main concern was to make sure we had everything we needed, and enjoyed our stay. Other residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming as well! We've already booked for next year and can't wait to go back.

Great Stay at the Condo

My wife and I had the greatest vacation ever. The condo was in a fabulous location for biking, hiking, sporting events and shopping. The owner was easily accessible and responded immediately to a couple questions that we had. Our view from the balcony overlooked a pond and bridge which made for beautiful sunsets. We would make this trip again, and hopefully will have as good a condo as this one. We have had many conversations with the owner and she truly is a caring person.

Beautiful Condo and View

This condo was great with large rooms and plenty of sunlight. The upgrades to the Kitchen: cabinets, counters, appliances were beautiful. Carpeting was brand new as well. Both beds were very comfortable and bathrooms (especially Master) were very nice and roomy. We really loved the balcony, spent lots of relax and meal time there. Being on the second level, we were able to see over the wall of our condo where we were blessed with spectacular views of lovely palm trees, ponds, birds, ducks and green space and many great sunsets to enjoy. Even saw a fellow catch a fish in the large pond. The birds sang beautifully every morning. The complex is not too large and quite cozy with paths leading to the pool, hot tub, workout room, grills and play area. We felt very safe in this small gated community. We are not pool/hot tub people, but loved sitting by the pool just to read and meet fellow travelers and permanent residents. The workout room was great with a nice variety of equipment. It was really nice to have a well equipped laundry room and a roomy one car garage where we kept our bikes and golf clubs. The only small issues were the non functioning fireplace and balcony fan which would have been fixed but my husband didn't want repair people coming in. It took me awhile to easily ascend the 17 steps from the garage and entry way to the condo, but I was a pro after two months. The owner, Hawa, was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions, concerns, etc. She asked that we not wear shoes on the new carpet. We took off and put shoes on sitting on the steps. The landing is roomy and a bench or love seat would provide a more comfortable place to do that. The livingroom couch was hard to get out of and was starting to show wear. I forgot to mention this to the owner. She asked us for suggestions for improvements. With that she purchased new pots/pans, a coffee maker and additional kitchen utensils. There is no on-site person to acclimate renters, but we figured out what keys were for what and what channels were on the TV, and which restaurants were nearby, etc. We really loved our stay there and would not hesitate to rent from Hawa again.

Ideal location

The condo was stunning with beautiful counters and plush carpets, I liked how the owner paid attention to detail throughout. Great view of the park and fountain perfect for early morning walks. The location is close to many restaurants and stores, I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family, the owner was 1 phone call away and very helpful.
