  • Spacious 3 bdrm/2.5 bath family friendly home furnished with a touch of luxury in the quiet Tramonto neighborhood with 2 pools (one heated) tennis courts, parks and walking trails. Very well stocked kitchen ready for friends or family dinners. Just a couple of blocks from gas, grocery store and many restaurants. Within 30 minutes to many popular Phoenix attractions.

No pets allowed. I'm a big animal lover, but my cleaning lady is highly allergic, therefore I can't allow pets on property. No parties or gatherings.
There is a $50 charge for missing Pool key card. Please be sure to leave it on the Kitchen Island when checking out.
