Lush oasis with heated pool, newly remodeled & clean. Dedicated, covered parking space #25. Located on the first floor so no carrying your luggage up stairs. Your private parking space is just outside the backdoor.

Walk, bike or take the free trolley to restaurants, Valley Ho, Fashion Square Mall, nightclubs, San Francisco Giants Spring Training, museums, art galleries, and FREE Trolley runs throughout Old Town. Bike-sharing rentals are located around Old Town. Hike Camelback Mtn., just a 5 minute drive. Sky Harbor Airport is just 15-20 minutes away.

Relax and enjoy some peaceful time in this beautifully landscaped quiet complex. Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

- Reserved covered parking space #25, with back door and front door access to our
first floor condo.

- Mid-century modern complex built in 1958 that houses just 31 condos. Lushly planted
and beautifully maintained.
- Heated pool in the winter months. The pool does not use Chlorine meaning no harsh chemicals!

We had a good experience with Kris and her property from booking through checkout. Kris provided useful, clear, and timely information on everything regarding our stay. The condo was in good condition and well-equipped with more amenities than most short term rentals. The king-sized bed and living space were comfortable, the pool and pool area were well-maintained, and the neighborhood, located about a half mile from downtown Old Town, felt very safe. We also appreciated the cable TV subscription - something many STRs have stopped providing. For some guests (especially those that desire to sleep in a very cool environment), the thermostat configured to not go below 72 may be a dealbreaker, as it would have been for me with prior knowledge. In fairness, we didn't ask if the setting could be overridden and the ceiling fans do a surprisingly good job of cooling, which created a tolerable, though not preferred, sleeping temperature.

This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous pool that is pristine and consistently at the perfect temperature. The suite is very clean, and as advertised (parking spot right outside your door was a real plus). The bed was comfortable, and the AC and internet were great. There is a cute coffee shop across the street, and you can easily walk to Old Town and the Valley Ho for breakfast! Chris responded to our minor inquiry within seconds. Just a brilliant stay!

Conveniently located first floor updated condo in older, quiet building. I would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 people max. Nice, tasteful updates that maximizes space and utility. Built-in desk for work was a bonus.

Overdue Getaway

Our stay in Scottsdale was wonderful. Our condo was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and the grounds were very well maintained with some really nice furniture, pictures don’t do it justice. Proximity to Old Town couldn’t have been any better. Great restaurants and bars. Everything was within a 10 to 15 min walk.Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Week

Our family loved the property and location. We had a shower clog issue the first night which Kris had remedied the next morning with no further issues. She was incredibly responsive to our concerns. Something was also wrong with the pool heating system but was also fixed by the management. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale was great. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. would love to come spend another week!

Excellent clean location

Walking distance to Old Town. A quiet location. Appliances worked properly and are fairly new. The owner was very helpful and had useful printed material about the city and the area. The kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with many typical consumables e.g. baggies, aluminum foil, shampoo, etc. We were surprised how much was available. We had a pleasant stay.

Hidden Gem

From the moment we walked in, the Condo was just as described. Clean and everything we needed. The location was perfect for our vacation. It was the Scottsdale we had read about. We enjoyed morning walks, exploring the Old Town Scottsdale and the canal. The grounds at the property were well kept and the pool was crystal clear and so very refreshing. Kris was in contact with us on the 2nd day to check on things. We appreciated this very much. We are already looking to return next Fall or before.

Wonderful place, host & location!

My wife and I loved our weeklong stay. The host Kris was incredibly helpful and responsive in her communications. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with lots of attention to details. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool steps from the slider door and being in walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale's galleries, shops, and restaurants. The instant oatmeal packets, snacks, tea and coffee were a fun bonus. While the AC lower limit is 74 degrees, the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom really helped. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying again!
