This newly remodeled home is immaculate with 3 bedrooms, plus a dedicated office w/ Murphy Bed, beautiful and relaxing backyard oasis w/ private pool (Has a heater & cost is included!) built in BBQ/Bar & cozy firepit. New super sweet putting green. Brand new washer and dryer as of September 2024. All furniture, accessories, and furnishings are all brand new as of March 2023. Quiet dead-end street too.

    Come relax in our newly updated 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2 full bath single level home with vaulted ceilings and great room concept. We are located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street in the heart of darling Gilbert with everything this charming town has to offer. You can easily walk to downtown or it's a short drive to sooo much fun stuff to do in Gilbert...or nearby Mesa & Chandler. Even Phoenix & Scottsdale are only a 30 minute drive away! Fantastic golf courses, MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NFL, hiking, biking, boating, and more are all easy access for you at this house.

    We have a large, beautiful and private backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a firepit, bar and a built-in BBQ to entertain family and friends. Our self-cleaning pebble-tec pool (heated option is included at NO extra charge ) will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays nice and warm here in Gilbert and hovers around 80 plus even in the Spring, making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings that Arizona provides : ) The pool is professionally maintained weekly for your comfort and convenience.

    The interior of the home is fully remodeled and custom designed with brand new furniture, furnishings, beds and linens in March of 2023. We have a modern, spacious, and well-stocked kitchen and pantry, smart TV’s in every room so you can stream all your favs...Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN plus, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc. Free highspeed wifi is available to all guests.

    It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible so you'll find the house loaded with extras such as a coffee station, blender, toaster, waffle maker,
    hair dryer. There’s even a separate beverage/wine fridge available.

    Please note that this is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood (with quiet hours of 10pm-8am) which make it perfect for family/friend gatherings but it's NOT a party house and all noise complaints will be addressed swiftly.

A fantastic location and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The home was beautiful and so warm and inviting. The pool was a great bonus. Although we had to manually remove the cover every day, I’m told this will be rectified for the next guests as they put in a roller bar to facilitate the cover removal. The location was fantastic. So close to eateries and shopping. We are sure to visit this property again.

We stayed a week with our family (6 total) for a soccer tournament in Mesa and some R & R. The house was perfect--- completely remodeled and super clean. Stocked with everything you could ever need and wonderful owners to deal with. We seriously have never stayed in a more complete, well thought out rental. Will definitely re-visit.

Great Send Off

We were down to bring our youngest son to University in Gilbert. House was perfect for us, great outdoor pool, BBQ and dining space. Inside the AC was a nice getaway from the 100+ temps when a break was needed. Primary BR was large complete with huge walk in closet and walk in shower. Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend and hope to return when we visit our son.

Where do we start! Doug and Renee are great hosts. The house is perfect. Clean and spacious. Everything was just perfect. They thought of everything. The pool was great. Doug's home was amazing! Absolutely darling decor, clean and amenities galore! Traveled from out of state for nephews graduation and were so happy to be able to stay together! We used every amenity offering, but the guys really enjoyed the putting green! Kitchen had many extras, including awesome coffee bar, plenty of utensils, serving pieces, and bar serving area. My sister and I stayed in this house on our vacation. This was our first time in Arizona. Gilbert was super enjoyable and this house made our vacation even better! It was very clean. The backyard was awesome, even in the heat we loved spending our time back there. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you needed to make a yummy meal. A Great House

This is a wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the pool which stayed warm during our entire visit (with low overnight temperatures) and the kitchen which had every single thing we could ever need. The backyard was peaceful. Gilbert is a fun little strip of bars, restaurants and shops. Our only disappointment was that the short walk into that area was along a very busy 5 lane arterial. We only did it a couple of times. Doug and Renee are super communicative and responsive and take excellent care of their property. Highly recommend this house.

This was fantastic house for us to celebrate our family in Arizona over the Thanksgiving week. Besides seeing our one month old grandbaby in the area, we also were joined by Chicago and Los Angeles family members. We were able to host a Thanksgiving dinner in the well-appointed and large kitchen. There is seating for eleven both indoors and outdoors. We also enjoyed football and basketball games on the large TV with out streaming services. The pool was a huge hit as we paid a modest amount to heat the pool and it stayed warm thanks to the cover! The putting green was fun and even doubled as our yoga space. We didn't use the grill, however, did use the waffle iron (our nephew is a professional chef) and the air fryer (I am not a professional chef). Also the bar area has a small beverage frig that came in handy as well. The three bedrooms all had comfortable beds and the office was used for remote work and the pullout for a napping area for the baby. I really do not know what could make this place any nicer for a family vacation. We hope to book again in 2026.
