Fabulous Home & Perfect Location - Brand New Decor & Professionally Designed

  • Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated in a fun nautical theme. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private yard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner and is open from April 1 to October 31st. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 star golf course within 20 minutes. This was my third time at the house and it is always a perfect experience. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want for your stay, and the kitchen even has a coffee maker and filters! The appliances are all top notch, including the energy efficient washer and dryer. The master bedroom is lovely and the bed is super comfortable. The house is super convenient to the 101 freeway and major north/south avenues. All in all, a gem!

The house was super clean. Close to stores all within a mile. Super pet friendly for our dog. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Peoria area. Would definitely stay there again.

Kim was a great host. She was very welcoming before we arrived and incredibly responsive when we arrived and had a question about turning on the heat (!) in the house! Yes, it gets cold at night in the winter in the desert! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed/could have wanted. The kitchen was especially well-stocked. I wasn't expecting a coffee maker!! And everything was super clean!

Great place to stay!

This a really nice house. Spacious living room, dining and kitchen. Nice big primary bedroom with a nice attached bathroom. The kitchen has good pots and pans, plenty of dishes and even some nice bakeware. I had no problems cooking food to take to a BBQ!. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town visiting family. Thanks for a great stay.
