    4 bedroom, 2.5 baths LARGE single family home in North Phoenix. Single story- No Stairs. PRIVACY! Large lot; sitting at over an acre! Sparkling *HEATED pool with waterfall and hot tub. Built in BBQ Island/bar/fridge outside. 2 King beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen bed provide comfortable and private areas of rest. The master offers a King bed w/ TV, large attached bath and huge walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. An ADDITIONAL pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 9-10 comfortably! A Pack n' Play is also available for use upon request.

    Alluring neutral tones with quality finishes & fixtures throughout. 12' Ceilings, Granite counters in kitchen & baths. 8' solid alder doors and alder cabinetry, decorator light fixtures & fans & diagonal tile. Huge Master closet with custom built-ins, central vac, whole house sound system (pre-wired), security system, water softener, and so much more to enjoy! 3 CAR side-entry, extended length, over-height garage w/ 10' clearance. Nearly an acre of level ground. RV Gates & Huge completely walled-in back yard w/ Mountain Views, Sparkling *Heated Pool, covered patio w/ pavers to catch some AZ sun!

    POOL TABLE in game room with bar area is perfect for entertaining!

    ***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The HOT TUB can be used at your leisure at no additional cost.

    All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

    ***Dog allowed with approval only. NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Me and my large group of friends really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved coming back and getting into the pool (without it being heated) unil the sun went down, then we switched to the jaccausi. We were really glad we found the house. It made our trip that much greater.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the fact the first vrbo we wanted the hot tub was not working. This was important to us. Miles was upfront and offered us an even more attractive property at the same price. Soooo wonderful. It was clean,quiet and private. Loved the country atmosphere. Minor issues such as running out of propane for the grill but was handled the same day. Would definitely recommend working with Miles and Wes. Hopefully see you next year!!!!

Beautiful home and pool

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this property. We chose it because it is close to family and has a heated pool. The home is clean and well kept. It is large and sound does not travel from one end to the other. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the kitchen is awesome. The main bedroom and en suite are huge. It was also nice having the garage to park in. The back yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It is about 5 feet deep in the middle but has shallow areas on both ends. There are several levels getting in and out and the basketball hoop was a nice addition. We did have it heated and the temperature was very confortable for us. The covered table on the back patio stayed pretty cool in the afternoon and evenings, with both shade and a ceiling fan. The pool does get shaded later in the evening as the sun goes in front of the house. We would 100% stay here again.

Short stay for my mom and I

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great no complaints. Did not use pool due to the "heating charge?" Did not use hot tub. Beds very comfy. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs once the sun went down. Confronted two people about it. Unsure if it worked for those specific dogs. Noise maker at night helped. Over all very satisfied, nice place with lots of room to relax. I'm not from Irvine not sure where that came from. Prior military in Cali but never lived in Irvine.

Swimming and Mountain Biking

This property was a nice stop along our grander road trip. The property was less than five minutes to Sonoran Desert Preserve which served as some early morning mountain biking. Location was rural and quiet in comparison to the main Scottsdale area.
