The condo was a perfect location to stay for the state swim meet at Skyline Aquatic Center. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and the welcome basket was a nice addition. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. everything you'd hope for in a hotel bathroom was there. The kitchen had plenty of room to store our food supplies. The fridge does not have a water supply or ice maker, but there are plenty of ice cube trays in the freezer and there were bottles of water supplied in the fridge. Towels were available for both bathroom and pool. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big benefit for swim suits to be rinsed and dried. The community pool was very convenient to the condo and was heated. We usually had the pool to ourselves, although other people did use the hot tub. There are two pool in the community both within easy walking distance.
Two things to consider:
(1) The condo is on the third floor with no elevator and the building is in the middle of the community so there is no parking directly in front. You do need to walk from the parking area to the building, which is not a problem for most people but for those with limited mobility the combination of stairs and distance to the parking area may limit accessibility.
(2) The community is across the street from the high school and aquatic center. This was great for our purposes but it did make Thursday and Friday evenings loud because of the football games and marching band. The windows do block out a lot of the sound, but if you have younger children with an early bedtime they may find it difficult to sleep.
We did have an issue getting into the unit as we had been given the wrong code for the lock. One phone call and it was quickly sorted.
Overall it was a great rental and we were really happy with it. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to others as long as they don't have mobility issues.
