El Toro Home is situated in rural neighborhood, offering an authentic desert retreat that is private, peaceful, and rich with natural beauty. Key nearby attractions and features include:
- 5 minutes from Granite Mountain: Perfect for hiking, biking, and equestrian activities.
- Access to Tonto National Forest: Trails accessible from both the 136th and 144th Street trailheads.
- Wildlife Sightings: Expect to see birds, coyotes, bobcats, and more as they roam the area.
- Horseback Riders: Frequent equestrian riders pass by, adding to the western atmosphere of the property.
- Sunrises & Sunsets: The desert landscape provides some of the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets you’ll ever witness.
Getting Around:
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport PHX is about 37 miles away, with drive time varying by traffic. A car is required. The home is accessed via dirt roads. Parking includes two front spaces, additional rear parking, and room for trailers or RVs.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following:
We use TRUVI as part of our mandatory guest screening process. This requirement applies to all guests.
• The TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation.
• TRUVI must be completed within 3 hours of booking confirmation.
• For last-minute bookings, TRUVI must be completed immediately.
• Your reservation is not confirmed and access will not be provided until TRUVI is successfully completed.
Through TRUVI, guests are required to:
• Verify a valid government-issued ID
• Provide a matching credit card
• Sign a Rental Agreement
• Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver, which covers accidental damage during your stay
Important Cancellation Policy Related to TRUVI
If TRUVI is not completed, you must cancel the reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under Airbnb policy).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to refusal, delay, or failure to complete TRUVI after that time.
External Cameras:
You may notice a few old camera housings around the exterior of the home. These are part of a non-functional system installed by the previous owners. There are no active cameras on the property—nothing is recording or in use. We want to assure you that your privacy is fully respected during your stay.
The cleaning fee is pass-through, meaning the entire amount goes to our cleaning team! We partner with Well & Good and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. W&G Promises:

2) Offsite Laundering like fresh hotel linens &
3) Guest Essentials: luxury soaps and more. If you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know.
We will not cancel reservations due to guests not reading or agreeing to this requirement.
Note About Window Coverings:
We’re excited to launch this beautiful new home and are putting the final touches in place! The one item still in progress is custom blinds, which are scheduled for installation within the next week.
We’ve temporarily limited bookings to allow time for this to be completed — but in the rare case they’re delayed, we’ll notify you in advance and ensure solutions are in place for your comfort and privacy.
We appreciate your understanding as we finalize this last detail. The home is otherwise fully ready and designed for a 5-star stay!
HOUSE RULES:
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
- We allow children with the following stipulations:
1) Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing' &
2) Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Day visitors are ok. No overnight guests. It's $200 per person for overnight guests.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy is a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $500 penalty.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- No parties or events
- Guests are required to respect quiet hours to help maintain the peaceful desert setting
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Please be mindful of wildlife and the natural surroundings
- The property is accessed via dirt roads — drive carefully, especially at night
