Welcome to beautiful Arizona! Escape to a refreshing retreat just outside the Phoenix area. Spend your days relaxing by the outdoor pool, check out spring training (1.5 miles to Surprise Stadium), or head to the local golf courses for a round of golf. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only four minutes from Surprise Tennis and Racquet Club, as well as groceries and shopping. Loved that the pool table was located in main space for socializing. The pool, with colored underwater lighting and waterfall definitely made it relaxing and vacation worthy.

Wedding get together

House is a great location, and is big enough for 2 small families. Had a small mishap, but the host and their customer service was awesome to get everything resolved. Would highly recommend for any get together in Surprise.

Baseball and golf

Property was wonderful. Location was terrific but a bit disappointed on cleanliness. Floor was definitely not the cleanest. Coffee filter with coffee still in pot. Windows definitely need work. Dropped my phone charger under the couch and when I moved it a bit to retrieve it was really dirty. The pool was great. Three were cigarette buts and a cigar in the fire pit. The place really was trrrific just concerned about the cleanliness. Thank you

Great location

The property was a great location for what we needed. It was winter and we didn’t have time to swim or enjoy the backyard. But the property is kept well. A slight ding because all of our socks are dirty from the floors, but everything else is clean and tidy. It’s a great upgrade from staying in a hotel and our kids loved using the pool table in our down time.

This beautiful home was roomy, comfortable and centrally located. Perfect for our visit to AZ

We had an awesome time in Surprise! Played golf, went to a Spring training baseball game and visited the Wildlife Zoo!

Stay in surprise

Everything is good. We stayed the house for National Tennis Match. House is clean and bed is comfortable. We asked little early check in and property manager replied quickly. It was great stay in Arizona.
