The bedroom has a brand new Cloud King bed and the living room sofa bed is a Luonto Monika King Sleeper sofa (no springs or bars in your back for a great nights rest)

We also have a Full air mattress for any extra guests.

The patio has new flooring and seating area to wind down after a day of activities.

The complex has a routine water shut off every 3rd Tuesday of the month for all plumbing repairs. If it effects our building, the water will be shut off from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Sometimes our building won't need the water shut off as no plumbing work will need completed.

The Maya condominium complex has A/C and boilers for the entire building. So, the complex decides when the A/C and Heat is turned on and off. The A/C is switched to the boilers and heat in November or December, based on temperatures. The A/C units will be turned back on before the heat of the summer.

There is also routine maintenance that workers may need access to the unit. We will do our best to have them in and out to not bother anyone.

Old town Scottsdale is a short drive or about a 10 minute walk.

There is a Sprouts across the street and a Fry's Food and Drug store 2 blocks away.

Need a quick bite? There are multiple restaurants just across the street.

You can get around Scottsdale multiple ways. Have your car or rental? You'll have your own parking space at the condo and there is plenty of street and public parking lots around town.

Don't have a car? Ubers/Lyfts are readily accessible at all hours.

There are even golf carts available to hire for rides around town.

You can even get around on the Scottsdale trolley. The routes are available on the scottsdaleaz website.
