The outdoor kitchen features a gas grill and drink fridge, perfect for a BBQ. Plus you can gather around the fire pit at night for s'mores and stories.

Downtown Phoenix is nearby, but you won't have to go outside the neighborhood to grab some coffee, lunch or to play on a nearby playground. Our neighborhood is walkable.
