One floor-Main Level Condo within walking distance to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer! Just steps to Entertainment, Arts, Shopping, Spring Training, Dining and the Canal Waterfront. Great location to all casinos and close to the Giants baseball training stadium. Tons of activities such as mountain biking, hiking trails at Camelback Mountain, and stroll the Soleri Bridge along the canal. Scottsdale Convention Center and much more just a walk away. After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, take a dip in the nearby gated courtyard pool. Spectacular location, this is a special place!

Best VRBO I've ever stayed in
I owned an operated a vacation rental business in Honolulu from 2000 to 2015 and have stayed at more vacation rentals than I can recall. I can honestly say that this experience surpassed all my expectations. The host was so gracious in accommodating an early arrival for my elderly father, who I brought to visit his family in Scottsdale. Other units for rent in this same area or complex, we are not so gracious despite having a single night vacancy the day before. The end corner location next to the parking and steps to the pool was perfect. Everything about this unit was comfortable and clean. We could not believe how well stocked the kitchen and linens were. I really enjoyed being able to relax at the pool and soak up the warm Arizona sun. The location was also amazing...just steps, to many wonderful restaurants and bars. I will certainly look for this property for any future visits to Scottsdale.

Peaceful getaway
Had a wonderful stay at this property, it was very peaceful and very comfortable especially the beds. Ryan was very accommodating with early check in which was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Arizona .

Adorable spot in perfect old town location
Ryan has an awesome condo that is tucked away and private while still being within walking distance to all the fun Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. He was very responsive, flexible and friendly all around what you’d ask for in a host! I highly recommend this for any groups of 4 or less, possibly 6 but I’m not sure if the couch has a pull out bed. It is spacious and feels very private even though it is a in a community with other condominiums

Sunny Scottsdale Slice of Heaven
This is an adorable unit within walking distance of everything you want to do in Old Town Scottsdale. Our host, Ryan, was incredibly helpful and quick with communication. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Scottsdale condo
The condo was nicely decorated, quiet and very clean. It was well supplied and everything was in good working order. I was a bit disappointed to find the laundry was a shared laundry across the yard and I had some difficulty with the app to pay for the washer and dryer. This could be made more clear in the description. Owner was very responsive to my messages. The condo itself is located in an aging complex that needs some attention. The pool is not heated and was very cold., but seemed well maintained. It is not as close to Old Town as we had hoped and we chose to drive because temp was in the 90s. All in all, it made for a fine home base but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

A Great Location, Very Peaceful
There were four of us staying and we all agreed that it was an ideal location and very comfortable. The owners had thought of providing just about everything. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay for over a month. Walking distance to Old Town was a great benefit. Neighbors were first class. Food choices in the area are abundant. Great host. If we ever get back to Scottsdale, this will be our first choice on a place to stay.

Wonderful gem in Scottsdale!
Clean & comfortable place with a fun retro vibe in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to everything! After we arrived, we never needed our car until it was time to leave. We loved having that cute coffee shop and wine bar right across the street.
