Relax by the community pool and take in the beautiful AZ sunshine while BBQing with all your friends. This condo is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and open concept living space. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your at home cooking needs. Just bring your bags, kick back and relax!

No loud parties or late night loud activity. Neighbors must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.

Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.
