A Bit Disappointed…

Cleaniness was not a priority. Unable to use the pool until the last day. We chose this place for the awesome pool. You expect to show up at a clean home and a pool ready to be used. Unfortunately, This was not the case.

The house was everything that was promised. This was our first every vacation and if you ever visit Chandler then this home is the one. The family had a great time and used the pool daily. The house is big and had everything we needed. The owner was awesome as well.

Just right

4 generations of us came for a week. Everybody loved the pool. The house is very comfortable and feels nice. Even though the kids were older (ages 11 and 16), we appreciated the child safety locks on the doors to the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Joe did call with some last minute updates. It was nice to know I could contact him immediately if there had been any problems. Highly recommend!

property was great heated pool was nice except a wind storm came threw before we got there contacted owner and he was right on getting the pool guys there. Owner was exceptionally helpfull and easy to get ahold of We will surely stay there again.

Ladies Vacation

We all loved this place. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi and bar area, grilling area. Great place to play games and cards. Have fun outside. It was great to have everything at her fingertips from eating, walking, miniature golf. It was great!

Excellent Pool

Home was spacious and comfortable for two families. Home owner was excellent to deal with. The pool was warm and provided hours of outdoor fun. Great location for accessing lots local attractions. Great grocery stores very close by.

We just love this place

We stayed for a week in early June. This was the third time at this house. It's a great size to spread out but comfortable just like home. The pool is such a great way to be lazy and enjoy the heat, and the hot tub was even better. It's close to a lot of things making it convenient. The house is stocked with pretty much all the basics. Just plan to have some groceries delivered from the local walmart and you're set!

Wonderful!

The house was absolutely perfect for a relaxing family get away. Private pool to drink your coffee at in the morning, pool for the hot summer heat, and hot tub for a relaxing evening. Home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy. Door from master to pool was perfect! Would absolutely be happy to stay again. Thank you!

Great Property

The property and pool were very accommodating. However, expect early morning lawn maintenance and pool cleaning service during your stay. We experienced a scheduled door repair for the home that was not in our itinerary and was expected to be there or provide the repairman with access to the home. Overall the home provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and spend time with family.

Great Family House

The house is big and the pool was great! Frequent visits by the pool cleaners was a huge bonus. Great location with easy access to Gilbert and Chandler. Joe was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great floor plan and set up for large family ...

Stayed for a month and really enjoyed the home. While most of the month was just two of us, we were visited one week by our son and daughter’s families including five grandchildren. The floor plan of the house is very good for a family of 11 and we discovered the hide-a-bed in one of the bedrooms converted into a bunk bed so four of the kids had their own room … with a TV! The main dining room table (the table top is an old section of a bowling lane - very cool) comfortably sat us all at mealtimes and during a competitive game of Spoons. By far the best dining room table we’ve ever had for our large group at a vacation home. The pool was outstanding. While tree leaves are a nuisance (had a few windy days) the provided skimming net and three day a week pool service kept things reasonably clear of debris. The hot tub LITERALLY heats up in 10 minutes … and it gets hot! The kids had a blast, virtually spending two days in the pool. Temperature of the pool was great, allowing the wifey to swim laps everyday. House is well stocked with cooking utensils, towels and located near groceries and other stores. There are four playgrounds within walking distance on a nice walking path, with the largest being about a 30 minute walk and the smaller ones inside 10 minutes. Joe was great to work with, responded quickly to some small issues that popped up and made sure everything was squared away.

The home was wonderful could not have asked for more. The pool and Spa were beautiful and the girls spent all day outside. The nearby golf course was perfect the guys spent everyday over there. The neighborhood was wonderful with all the walking paths. The owner was so easy to work with and if we had a question he was quick to answer us. This was a fabulous place to stay we are hoping to return next year.

Home review

The home was clean and offers a number of very nice amenities. It was well located for our purposes and everything anyone could possibly need was within a reasonable distance. The home, in general, is showing a bit of ware though. The owner is on top of things and very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much. (Just an Fyi-Instructions say the optimal temperature for the air conditioners is 75. We were comfortable w/ the temp in the house between 75/77. The Owner might want to check the stat on the wall by the Master bedroom. We would set it at 75 and a couple times a day & night it would automatically reset it self to 72.)

Perfect spot

House was beautiful and well stocked with all you needed for your daily routine. Pool was refreshing and relaxing. House was almost directly in the middle of our friends home and our kids home. So overall it was an excellent choice.would definitely consider for future stays.
