To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, please review and agree to the following before booking:

→ You Must be 33 year of age to book this home.

→ A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

→ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed.

→ Standard Occupancy is limited to (16) with Max Occupancy limited to (18), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.

→ Quiet hours after 9 PM must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund.

→ A valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals.
Reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid. After booking, you’ll be asked to provide your personal email so we can send the rental agreement. A valid credit card and ID will also be collected to verify your identity. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.

Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.

Great experience!

I stayed here with a group of friends while in town for a golf trip and it was perfect. Lots of space. The backyard pool and lounge area was incredible. Customer service team was exceptional and responsive.

Loved this mountainside home!

The views here were amazing, especially at night. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The backyard was just right with the pool, spa, and games. The host was also spectacular and we would love to stay with them again!

Arizona experience

The location was great. The outdoor features are wonderful. Inside the very spacious home could use some work. A few area rugs would help with the noise, window treatments did not work well in all rooms. It would be very helpful to have steps to use the theater room remotes posted in the theater room. It was very time consuming and challenging to make the theater work.

Amazing House and Location

This house is awesome. It is exactly how the photos capture. The location is perfect, close to hiking, restaurants, groceries and shopping. The house had everything we needed for our family. The Teens loved the pool table and theatre we ate at the large dining room tables and the hot tub was amazing. Colin at luxury homes was amazing and refunded us the cost for heating the pool because we had 5 of 7 days without heat. They tried to fix the problem when we were there but could not get it to stay consistently heated. Otherwise the house is amazing, perfectly clean, all amenities made our Christmas holiday enjoyable and memorable. Colin suggested hiking and restaurants that were perfect! Would book here again.
