We enjoyed our stay! The home was warm, cozy and very clean. We stayed in town for our granddaughter's wedding and our adult children flew in from out of state and stayed with us. This home had all the accommodation we needed and more. The host was very attentive and very welcoming, answered all our questions promptly. Also the host helped us with direction to the venue and gave us great advice on the traffic. We were very pleased with staying here. We definitely will stay again, if we need another place. Excellent review for this beautiful property.

In town for Destination Wedding

My family flew in from Florida to attend my nieces wedding in Phoenix and this property was just right for our needs. The location and surrounding area was just perfect for all our activities and the house was clean and affordable. Two other families in our party also booked houses in the same area which made it ideal. Would definitely consider staying there again if we ever return to the area.

Cute and clean home and well equipped with everything you’ll need!

We had a party of 10 people which included two couples, some young adults, and toddlers. Its a great layout and we never felt like it was too crowded in the home, despite it being a single-level home. The dining and living area is spacious and comfortable for big groups, lots of seating. We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the home, it’s probably one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. The host team is very responsive and was very quick to resolve any questions or concerns we had. The hot tub was a lot of fun and comfortably fit 4 adults. The home has a very well equipped kitchen, and other nice amenities, like baby cot, XL washing machine and dryer + more. Everything is labeled and well organized. All bathrooms were well equipped with toiletries and lots of towels were provided. The location is very central which is nice. Its close to Sky airport and just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale, and also about 20 mins outside of downtown Phoenix. You will want a car though because it’s not really a walking area. However, there is a gas station and market thats a short walk if needed. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Great house in a great location!

We stayed at the house for a week while attending a Masterclass in the area. The house was clean, had nice decor, and is in such a convenient location for visiting places like the Phoenix Zoo and Old Town Scottsdale (highly recommend both!). Host was great and answered any questions we had quickly.

The stay at the Cox Heights house was even better than expected. The location is so convenient, the house is clean and wonderfully decorated, spacious and there was basically any sort of necessity you could want or need if you forgot.
