Your clean, comfortable home in the heart of Old Town! The Old Town Entertainment District is just a short block away. This ground-floor condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including high-speed WiFi with a dedicated business modem, a fully stocked kitchen, private patio, reserved covered parking, and 3 smart TVs with cable. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and the living room help you enjoy a restful night's sleep. The community also features a large heated pool, hot tub, and barbecue areas, and you'll find oversized fluffy pool towels waiting for you. Laundry facilities are conveniently located nearby in the complex. I'm the owner and manager, and I genuinely care about making your stay exceptional.

The condo is spacious and comfortable, with a large covered patio that's perfect for enjoying Arizona's beautiful weather. It's a great fit for couples, friends, and families.

As an owner who lives nearby, I provide personal service and attention throughout your stay. I'm not part of a large property management company, so if you need anything, I'm happy to help and want you to have a fun, comfortable visit.

Traveling with little ones? I've got you covered! I can provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, plus children's toys and games at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let me know what you'd like before you arrive, and I'll have everything ready for you.

Inside the condo you'll find a welcome book filled with local restaurant recommendations, activities, and favorite places to explore. As an Arizona native, I'm always happy to share suggestions for making the most of your visit—just ask!

To help everyone enjoy their stay, parties are not permitted.

You'll have full access to the entire condo, private patio, reserved covered parking space, and the community's heated pool, spa, and barbecue areas.

For the comfort of all guests and residents, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in the condo, on the patio, in front of the condo, or in any common areas of the complex. Smoking inside the condo requires specialized cleaning of drapes and upholstery, resulting in a $300–$500 cleaning charge, so we kindly ask that you enjoy a smoke-free stay.

One well-behaved dog might be welcome, only with prior written approval. Dogs must be under 35 pounds, house-trained, quiet, and have their own bed. Only one dog is allowed per stay, and it may not be left outside unattended. A $100 pet cleaning fee applies, and guests are responsible for any additional damages. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate cats due to severe allergies.

The community's heating and air conditioning are managed seasonally by the HOA, typically switching to heat around November 1 and back to air conditioning around March 1. Portable fans are provided, and I also have portable air conditioning and heating units available upon request.

The pool and spa are maintained by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs. While this is uncommon, refunds cannot be provided if these amenities are temporarily unavailable during your stay.

Please follow all HOA rules, which are posted in the community and included in the welcome book. Any HOA fines resulting from guest violations will be the guest's responsibility.

The condo is located in the heart of Old Town. Although the unit itself is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear some neighborhood or street activity, especially during busy times.

Packages can be delivered to the condo by FedEx or UPS. USPS mail service isn't available for shorter stays, but guests staying one month or longer can receive USPS mail—just ask for details.

To keep everything fresh and in excellent condition, I occasionally replace the bed quilts, so they may differ from those shown in the photos.
