Newly remodeled, fully furnished, long term rental available, Close to many major hospitals & medical centers. Shopping, dining, gyms & coffee shops within walking distance. Located in a quiet complex. Beautiful, large pool for swimming & relaxing. Assigned carport parking. Parking lot has plenty of spaces available as well. Gated, private courtyard entrance. Double locked front doors with keyless entry. Brand new vinyl flooring throughout. Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. Fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. Coffee / wet bar. Great room with large sectional couch & dining area. Master bedroom has queen sized bed, dresser, and nightstands for storage. Remodeled master bath has separate toilet / shower room and large walk-in closet. Guest room full size bunk beds & pull-out twin trundle, desk and large closet. Remodeled full guest bath. Full sized washer & dryer. All linens & towels supplied. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio. Perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds or enjoying the sunset & a glass of wine. $2900 per month with $1200 refundable deposit. All utilities included. 30 day minimum required.

Excellent

Rich and Julie were great to communicate with and talked with us a few times with questions we had.The condo was as advertised with all the kitchen appliances you would need and more.Steps away from pool.Costco,Walmart and Target 10 minute walk and restaurants galore. The condo was recently completely renovated and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you to both of you. Bruce and Margo
