Cozy 2-bedroom condo in fabulous location close to downtown Phoenix. We stayed here for the women’s basketball Final Four at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The Center was an easy walk downtown through a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants (Tom Wong!), bars, shops, and a museum. The condo is in an older building that is very quiet.

The host was very nice and open to feedback about the cleanliness. There were dirty spots, couldn't find silverware because the hidden drawer's handle was missing, and all the coffee creamers were spoiled. However, the hostess probably didn't know these things. Finding parking was tough and the neighborhood is a little questionable.

Overall a great time and the place was perfect for us because we didn’t spend much time at the place. Would’ve liked to see more cooking utensils and pots/pans to cook with. Also the towels were wet when we arrived so couldn’t use them. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Upstairs / next door neighbors partied pretty hard on the weekend, one night up until 5am playing loud music and screaming.

Excellent service

The service from the host was great. The short comings are even though it’s 2 bed 2 bath the bed upstairs was uncomfortable and really just a mattress on the floor. Also there were only 1 couch and a desk chair which really isn’t enough for 4 adults. The cups and plates were only 3 so we had to buy cups for coffee. Overall I’m quite satisfied but can’t give 5 stars.

Fantastic

This was a perfect location for our quick weekend golf getaway! Very convenient to the airport and within reach of everywhere we wanted to be for golf! The communication with the property manager was super easy and we loved the comfort and upgrades in the condo! Highly recommend

It worked for what we needed

I would not have felt the safest if I was staying here alone. We walked to the light rail station a few blocks away, but again, I wouldn’t have felt safe enough to walk alone. The apartment was cleanish, but I did find some hairs in the bathroom toilet, shower, and floor that weren’t ours. Also, bring earplugs. It’s a busy enough area that those in our party who didn’t have earplugs weren’t able to sleep well. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and the toilet paper sits on the back of the toilet because there was no TP holder.

Great weekend trip!

Stayed at this listing for a quick wedding weekend and was very happy we did! The location was very ideal, close to downtown with many food options and a grocery store close by. The inside was very clean and had everything we would need for a quick stay. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating! Would recommend!

Weekend Trip

We stayed at this property and it was truly a fun time! We were close to downtown Phoenix to be able to walk and we enjoyed our time! The area was quiet and not sketchy. Good place! The outside does not look anything like the inside! Def would stay again!

Spring training getaway

Great location. We walked most days to downtown area. Apartment had everything needed. Would recommend more dishes (sleeps 4 and not enough plates, cups). Only negative is lack of comfortable furniture for sitting watching TV/movies. Overall, great place to stay and would highly recommend and consider staying again if back in the area.
