Wouldn’t stay again.

Check in was smooth - property looks clean on the surface level but all the previous events and gathering have taken a toll on the house. Duvets had a very significant smell, showering areas need more cleaning and also worth mentioning if you’re staying During colder months take your own blankets. The ones host provided were very thin and not warm. Kitchen was clean, host had food staples in cabinets, freezer etc. host does charge a significant cleaning fee upfront but asked for more after checkout for not emptying out small trash cans from the bathrooms. We took all trash from the house except the bathrooms. Host updated the house rules after confrontation and added notes to take out all trash. There are also turtles in the tank in the living room but host mentioned not to feed them, said they had food floating around. We stayed over a week and no one fed them, either did the host show up to feed. Location wise, great location you are close to the freeway. Personally would not stay at this property again or another property by the same host due to the hefty cleaning fee imposed after check out for small garbage bins. If you’re looking for a place for a big family or friends gathering this might be for you but you might want to get your own cleaners in before check out to avoid getting another charge from the host.

Great spot!

A other great stay at this place in Buckeye! A ton of room and space to sleep a large group. Clean home, game room was a cool addition and place is located in a great spot. Definitely would stay again.

Great Stay!

This place has been a wonderful stay for our crew, they said it's like a home away from home and the owners are courteous and easy to work with. Even had some a/c trouble and they handled it with ease and quickly. Definitely glad we found this spot to stay at in Buckeye!

Beware: No hot tub, no air hockey, no wash clothes, no refund

Pros: Large home for many guests. Beds comfortable. Plenty of parking. Cons: No hot tub as advertised. No air hockey table as shown in pictures. After arrival, we noticed no wash cloths were available. I contacted the host and she replied, "I've never included wash cloths since day one. Does it say wash cloths online/descriptions?" We went and purchased our own wash cloths. I asked for a refund since I booked this based on an available hot tub. No response from host. The house is nice but it looks like its been thru many parties. Lots of unpainted patches on the walls throughout the home. Master bedroom bed was missing a leg that was propped up with a Dora the Explorer shoe box. Backyard is very plain. Just dirt, rocks, and long weeds. Very loud doves and pigeons from 5 am throughout the rest of the day. Overall, I'd probably not stay here again. I'd look at other options with a more truthful listing description.

Some of the room's lights did not work or light bulbs were burned out. TV channels did not carry the March Madness basketball games. Some of the furniture was not in working shape.

Great House in Buckeye

We travelled to the Phoenix area for a golf trip and this house was centrally located between the courses. The house had everything we needed (a lot of space) and the owner was awesome to work with and was reachable throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again.
