This delightful condo in the Beautiful Val Vista Lakes Area in Gilbert Az with 2 bedrooms offers a warm and welcoming space for renters seeking Comfort with a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, a walk in Closet and his and her master bathroom vanity accommodations. The second Bedroom has a Trundle bed that sleeps 2 People and features a work from home office area. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, Condo Sleeps six guests comfortably with TV’s in every room and amenities like Alexa for your listening pleasure and refrigerated Air Conditioning and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. There is a small outdoor patio for lounging,Smoking etc. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you will need to create your favorite culinary specialties plus plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. It opens up to a dining area that comfortably seats four. There is a one car garage that has the laundry facilities as well as extra freezer space and more than enough room for bicycles, motorcycles, etc. No room to park a car though.

The condo also includes access to a well equipped gym, tennis and pickle ball courts. You have access to three different pools! There is a private adult type pool with hot tub in the beach club Village area, as well as an Olympic size pool, and a beach style lagoon pool with a hot tub in the Val Vista lakes area. The clubhouse provides free paddleboard and kayak usage with indoor racket and handball courts and a ping-pong table. Guests will appreciate the provided starter toiletries and cleaning supplies and the added piece of mine from the ring doorbell system and back facing security camera. You can bring your furry loved ones with you, small pets under 25 pounds are welcome with prior approval and a small fee.

Excellant unit in a perfect location with awesome amenities. ... Unit is perfect size for a couple with a couple of kids. Location is within 20 minutes of groceries, shopping, entertainment. Kitchen is well equipped, pool is within walking distance, parking just outside, nice walking areas for pups. Can't say enough about the host.. . .. friendly, super responsive. Looking forward to a return visit.
