Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff were very friendly but that’s about it. There were no room safes, even though they are stated. The hotel is very tired. Wallpaper starting to peel. Building site next door. Beds were so hard, the carpeted floor would have been better, but they were stained. Breakfast was extremely poor and so didn’t bother. Even the coffee (no tea) could only be drank out of a very thin plastic cup as no proper cups available. The price has been the highest compared to all others for us, and it’s been the worst value.
