Very decent hotel

The room was clean, sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Only drawback was that the window was down a hallway in the room, making the room very dark and not very cozy. The staff was sweet and helpful. The location is super central, yet it was very quiet when sleeping.

Wir kamen spät abends an und wollten einfach nur aufs Zimmer. An der Rezeption erzählte man uns dann, dass man unsere Buchung nicht findet. Wir haben bereits im Voraus mit Kreditkarte bezahlt! Angeblich hatten Sie ihr Hotel garnicht auf Expedia angeboten. Wir könnten trotzdem erstmal Einchecken und am nächsten morgen mit der Managerin sprechen. Dieser erzählte uns wiederum dass sie gehackt wurden und wir doch bitte 15€ pro Nacht mehr bei ihr bezahlen sollen. Als wir uns geweigert hatten, meinte sie, sie holt den Besitzer um das zu klären & mit diesem wollen wir uns wohl nicht anlegen. Nachdem wir 2 weitere Nächte ohne Klärung dort übernachtet hatten, kam der Besitzer auf uns zu & meinte, dass es ein Systemfehler war & wir wie geplant in dieser Unterkunft bleiben dürfen. Alles im Endeffekt hat sich alles geklärt. Nachdem wir nur noch 2 weiter Nächte dort hatte, wurde auch wieder unser Zimmer aufgeräumt & gesäubert. Dies war zuvor nicht der Fall. Das Hotel an sich ist schön & liegt sehr zentral. Einzig blöde ist, dass sich die Zimmer sehr sehr schnell aufhitzen

LÆS DET HER! Det hele er et scam

Vi havde booket vores overnatning 7 dage før. Da vi møder op på hotellet efter en forfærdelig lang dag i bus fortæller receptionisten os, at han ikke kan bekræfte vores booking selvom vi har betalt. Jeg viser ham min bekræftelse og betaling, men han vil ikke godkende det. Han fortæller os han bare er ansat og ikke har ansvar for noget, hvor jeg så beder ham kontakte en som har (Det ville han ikke). Det hele virkede planlagt han var ikke hjælpsom og bad os bare betale igen, hvis vi ville overnatte her. Efter en times lang diskussion beslutter vi os for at gå derfra trods vi har betalt for at være der. Jeg kontakter hotels.com, som prøver at skabe en dialog med hotellet, men han fortalte mig de ikke var til at snakke med. Pengene er modtaget, så der er ikke noget at gøre. Hold jer væk fra det her hotel der er noget lusket over det.

The front desk person who covered 2pm to 10pm was very kind and helpful. This is the only poditive thing to write. They need to fix Y-fy very badly.

Riverside location

Very good value for money hotel, stayed a few times now. Aldo they can organise transport there. Close to food and pubs. Laundry shop and two minimarts nearby
