We absolutely loved our time at this hotel, we didnt want to leave! The staff are very polite and helpful, we needed to have some documents scanned and they were more than happy to help us. The pool is lovely and clean with beautiful gardens around it. There is also alot of lovely food options just around the corner. Highly recommended this hotel. If we ever come back to Phnom Penh we will definitely stay here again.

Good - great area

We only stayed here for one night on a second brief trip to Phnom Pehn. We choose it as it’s just around the corner from the great Bassac Lane and lots of up and coming bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The staff was amazing. They were so attentive and helpful with any question or request. The property is really well designed for the small space. The area around the property is great; 308 street has a great variety of both local and western style restaurants, bars, and cafes. And 9th street has a small street market a short walk away with a good variety of local street food or produce. It may be a good idea to call ahead and ask about the construction next door though. The construction noise in February started pretty early and went on til after dark. There's new hotels and high rises going up all over Phnom Penh though. Best to ask about construction anywhere if you aren't into that noise.

It is an acceptable property. Staff are very nice. Property itself is a bit dated and needs renovation. Location is good. Close to Aeon Mall (US$2 tuk tuk ride). Chauffeur service (the driver is a family member of the hotel owners) available at a reasonable price. Airport transfer is US$15 per trip.

Excellent Hotel

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in during my trips to Cambodia and Southeast Asia. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast choices are good. The pool is nice and the landscaping is very nice and well maintained. The hotel is located at the corner of 308 Street and a short walk to the restaurants and bars in this upcoming “happening” area of Phnom Penh during the evening. Although the hotel is only a block or two from some busy streets, it is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed just walking around the narrow alleyways and streets in the area. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Riverside and Aeon Mall.

Lovely little hotel

The hotel is located in a nice part of town. Very safe and quiet and just about within walking distance of the main touristic places. The staff were really helpful. The only thing I could fault them on was the local cockerel who woke me up around 5:15 each morning. I’m vegan and I obviously love animals - please don’t ask for it to be slaughtered, but relocating it to another street will ensure light sleepers aren’t disturbed! Overall I give this place a big thumbs up. I didn’t get chance to try the plunge pool, but it would have been very welcome at the end of those hot and humid days of sightseeing.

Não voltaria! Situação constrangedora.

Dois pontos negativos neste hotel: 1) A internet é péssima. 2) Fiquei menstruada durante a noite e acabou sujando o lençol e eles me cobraram outro lençol. Não sei se isso é a prática em hotéis.... Viajo muito.....e isso nunca me ocorreu. Neste momento estou faz mais de 60 dias pela Ásia e achei a situação constrangedora.... Não rasquei o lençol....não quebrei nada... Fui informada disso no final da tarde de hoje, minha última noite por aqui. Se fosse ficar mais algum dia eu mudaria de hotel.

Again, just as advertised. English a little hard to understand at times. Of course we are in Thailand, not Canada. Great pool which is bigger than most. Breakfast could use more variety.
