I would not stay here

The staff are friendly and try to be helpful as much as they could. The hotel room has bad lighting and is smelly. The electrical wires are exposed. Water is leaking through the shower door. A lot of Chinese tourists stay here. They are loud, rude, clear the phlegm, and spit in the trash bin in front of me eating breakfast.

OK for a budget hotel

Room was fine, an OK size and clean enough. Staff spoke almost no English, the breakfast was below average. Facilities not in great condition, the 'gym' was under renovation, the pool was OK but not the cleanest. Had the feeling that a lot of the hotel was not used very regularly.

다른 것 보다는 메콩강 전망을 기대하고 예약을 하였는데 메콩강 방은 이용을 할 수가 없다고 했습니다. 시내쪽과 거리도 멀어서 다니는데 비용이 많이 나왔고요. 객실은 크기도 적당하고 큰 불편한건 없었습니다.

We found this hotel much better and improved with friendly staff and good service. Nice set up in the room, and we had special request for room with view to the river.

조용하고 리버 전망 좋은 호텔

객실은 청결했으며, 리버 전망이라 전망은 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터도 있어서 맘에 들었습니다. wifi는 객실에서 이용할 수 없고 로비에서만 이용할 수 있으며, 4성 급이라 3성 급 호텔에서 이용할 수 없는 스팀사우나와 수영장 시설을 이용해 보려했지만 다른 호텔에 비해 이용객 수가 적은 편이어서 그런지 스팀 사우나는 시설 보수중으로 이용할 수 없었고, 수영장도 관리를 안해서 물이 더러워서 이용할 수 없었습니다.

Would never recommend

Booked this hotel as it is stated to be near the city centre, have a sauna, jacuzzi and serve western food. None of the above is correct,sauna had wires coming from it, jacuzzi looked old and never used and hotel was most definitely not near the city centre and when we went to venture out at night off a walk,felt incredibly uneasy and went back to our room. There were so many ants in the room and they crawled everywhere!! Disgusting for a supposed 3/4* hotel. Do not stay as this hotel is definitely not worth the money!!!
