Property was nice but they forgot to pick us up from the airport which was pre arranged. Asked for a cake for my wife's 60th they didnt bother. Staff are very young and not experienced with only 1 being able to speak English. Asked to speak to a manager on arrival but was never available also Expedia tried to contact the hotel about issues and they didn't answer. Many inconsistencies when ordering breakfast order same breakfast but would not be the same items missing from breakfast.
Hotel accommodation and cleanliness was good but just other items lets it down although it was still an enjoyable holiday country is amazing and we would return.

This is a split between a hotel, and an apartment building. It's clean enough, and fairly new, but it seems to be targeted toward the Chinese community. Pretty much everything in our room was in Chinese characters, and the only TV channels were set up in Chinese as well. The room construction wasn't complete, to where there was a partially installed power outlet that my toddler got her finger into! Reception staff was kind and courteous, and the price was very reasonable.

We stayed here at the end of our tour of Cambodia. We stayed at five star properties the whole trip and were frankly underwhelmed by Raffles in comparison. Essentially, it was the low season and they were short staffed. Concierge was often unattended, not enough staff around the pool that was often occupied with max guests. For the price we paid (for a shockingly small room that they advertised as a suite) we felt that the attentiveness to us as guest staying for four nights was lacking.
In a more positive note, staying at Raffles is like stepping back in time and the actual building and the grounds and decor is lovely to spend time around. It’s just a bit soulless when it comes to the service.
