"Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. The room was comfortable and clean, but note the bed is VERY firm, so if you’re a side sleeper, it’s not the most comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time at the maverick!"

"The breakfast was pretty good. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff was great. They brought out glowsticks for the kids and flashlights. The power was restored within an hour. The only problem was the elevator acting up and taking a long time. We used the stairs. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t know that we would have to pay an additional $30 for parking when we arrived. We also were looking forward to spending some time on the rooftop deck, which was supposed to be open until 11 and they had it locked by 8:30."
