This was a nice little b&b. Room was very small but cozy. Rooms do not have TVs, so if your use to sleeping with TV bring your laptop. We were unable to have breakfast due to it not being ready till 8:30am, but it was close to a gas station that had a lot of options to get us through. The restaurant attached to the b&b seemed to be quite popular and had a good amount of people. The town it’s located in is very small but has two other restaurants within a 4-5 min walk.
Super cute/stylish place. The decor is awesome, bath products smell so good, luxurious bedding, pretty back porch area, delicious breakfast, excellent service. Only complaint is that the walls are a little thin. Didn’t bother us but you have to be mindful of “neighbors”. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
The food was delicious and the lake was very peaceful

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The outside on the lake was beautiful. Room was smaller than a bedroom. Nothing but a bed and a small table. More spiders than I’d like to discuss. The facility is old so it takes a while to get the water hot for your shower. Lakefront room seems to mean stretching your neck to catch a glimpse of the lake around the building.
For my 31st birthday, my partner and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend away from Brooklyn where we live. It was a lovely trip, the accommodations are cozy, modern and make you feel at home. There is thought put into every little detail, including the design, amenities and the interactions with the guests. The view of the lake was comforting, especially when we peeked out in the morning before we left for the day. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, a perfect start to the day. Sunday we had Brunch in the restaurant which was indulgent and also delicious with several options. The staff were all kind and friendly, especially who I believe to be the owner, Henrietta who was lovely.
Relaxing getaway for Valentine's Day. We loved the decor, the area and the nighttime bonfire was super fun! The bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets. Nice plush towels and great bath products.
Beautiful and stylish renovated inn with a wonderful continental breakfast. Well appointed room, lovely on site restaurant and friendly but non intrusive staff. Great value!
There was a snow storm when we were there so they had to closed the restaurant down. There were not many options open locally, and if we hadn't had a car, it would have been really tricky.
In the future it would be great if they supplied basic provisions - e.g. the ability to make a cup of tea or a grilled cheese. There was water and chips in the games room only. In addition, they did not come in and spruce up rooms over the entire long weekend. At the price of this hotel, it would have been nice to have someone make the bed, and replace wet towells.
