Situated on the bottom of a large hill facing the Atlantic Ocean, we are located on the Dutch Side just 25 minutes from the Princess Juliana Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Philipsburg. Guana Bay is an exclusive, safe, and beautiful residential neighbourhood just outside Philipsburg. Guana Bay Beach is located 1 minute away from the villa and the area is surrounded by mountains ideal for hiking and that perfect picture moment!

    Paradise Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The villa is fully furnished to include all necessities to ensure 100% satisfaction for the duration of your trip. The grounds include:

    **We are offering Paradise Villa at a steeply discounted rate for those displaceD by the storm, workers rebuilding the island or any of our return customers who want to return to check up on friends and family. Quiet relaxing holiday

We found the location a little out of the way, requiring a car rental to get in and out to explore the rest of the island. The apt was good, clean, and a great view.
