「This small boutique property was nothing short of awesome! Jeremy and Pauline, the owner/hosts, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We looked forward to the breakfast of fresh local fruit and pastries that they put together for us daily. Jeremy made us fresh coffee and iced tea. They brought us fresh fruit and water by the pool. 「Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet」

「Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place.」

「夜20時以降に到着のため、予め電話を入れておきました。2階に受付が有りましたが、電気が消えていたため、隣のドアをノックしたらオーナーさん？が出て来てチェックインできました。 夕食を摂ろうと思いましたが、日曜日の夜のため全く店が開いておらす、オーナーさん？から水を買って、お菓子でごまかしましたが、翌朝はすぎ近くにスーパーがあるし、少し歩けばカフェもある便利な場所でした。ただし、基本的に閉店時間が早いお店です。 部屋は広く快適に思いましたが、屋根裏から足音が？たぶん、ミッキーくんだと思いますが、すぐ慣れました。 部屋のコンセントが特殊で、どのアダプターでも使えませんが、洗面にＡタイプとＣタイプがあります。 あとベッド横のスタンドの電源が調べるとＣタイプだったので、そこから携帯の充電、パソコン利用などできました。 宿泊費が高いセントマーチン島の中で考えればリーズナブルで満足できました。」

「Probably one of the easiest parking on the island! Front desk staff is always present and very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to and a nice, clean stay.」

「What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous. Also, watching the cruise ships come in and go...

「On the water quiet area. Close to the main areas we wanted. Went out every day hit the places we wanted and only took a half a tank of gas for the week. Frank was great with any question.」
