Car valet staff does not answer the phone when you call them. It takes at least 20 minutes to get through to them, which is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with them and as many stays at your hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick and its great location downtown. All hotel staff were accessible and helpful, with a special shout out to bellman Steve, who went out of his way to facilitate holding our luggage after checkout and delivering it to our car.

This property is in need of work. The staff was great- friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was a 'suite', but was missing furniture where a desk or sofa should be. the door would not lock and the night lock was broken. The furniture that was in the room was extremely worn out and belonged in a Goodwill store.

Just beautiful, you got to see the beautiful side of philly and everything was just amazing. Also this hotel is close to everythinggg! That was a major plus for me:) would definitely return back to this wonderful hotel

Short term pains

Staffing shortages and renovations may be impacting this hotel at this time. We were happy with our stay overall, but the wait time for service was longer than I expect. Also the room shortage caused for using rooms that were not on par with the location, but at least the rooms were clean. In our rooms, we did not have garbage cans or working lights in one of the bathrooms.

The Warwick has a wonderful location but that is the extent of it. The rooms are EXTREMELY dated, with broken switch’s, shower fixtures, inoperable AC… it took 12 hours to get the toilet working! (can’t make that up). All in all, other than proximity to Rittenhouse Sqyare, don’t expect much

The staff were great but given it is a Marriott, my expectations were not met. The room was outdated, not freshly painted - stains, rust, old clearly worn furniture, multiple lights not functioning (bathroom and bedroom), caked dirt/dust on the power strip behind the bed, spider on the bed, etc. I did appreciate the valet parking and on site restaurants.

Outstanding Stay!

From the very moment we walked on property, our stay was perfect! Valet, Bellhop, Greeted by Stephen at the door to the front desk Staff, our bartender Kayla in one of the "onsite" restaurants (Spice Finch) was outstanding! Not to mention the endless cleaning crew always on the go! Had a 1-King room and must say, most comfortable mattress & linens we could have asked for. Just a wonderful experience.
