This unit is on Jefferson Park, close to the Delaware River piers, shopping, cafes, movies, laundromat, Queen's Village, South Street, and Penn's Landing. Transportation to Center City is a block away, and the interstate (I-95) is close by.
The kitchen dinette includes a mini fridge, hotplate for cooking, microwave, toaster, full sink, small dining table. Includes semi-exclusive access to backyard. An alley is provided for trash storage.
There are 3 additional units for rent; 2 w/ park views, 1 w/ balcony.
Viewings are scheduled after pre-screening completed. Application and first, last, security required to move in.
1 cat is allowed w/ $300 non-refundable fee. No smoking.
