THE SPACE

Welcome to our modern and beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms house in the heart of the Fishtown neighborhood of downtown Philadelphia. This spacious and beautifully appointed home combines modern amenities with classic comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families, groups, or anyone looking to experience Philly in style. The highlight of this home is undoubtedly its open concept common areas - perfect for the group relaxing and being together - while also providing plenty of room for the group to spread out and have privacy. Don't miss the expansive roof deck providing the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the stunning views of the Philadelphia skyline. The property also has quaint back patio offering additional outdoor space for relaxation or entertaining. The detailed layout and bedding is as follows:
- 1st floor: Kitchen / Living room (with a queen sleeper sofa) / Dining room / Half Bathroom and Small patio patio w/furniture

GREAT LOCATION! Located in the desirable downtown Philadelphia neighborhood of Fishtown, there’s no shortage of family AND fun. This neighborhood has emerged as Philly’s truest harbor of artistic, culinary, and musical action. This classic working-class neighborhood, so named due to its history as an epicenter for the commercial shad-fishing industry, offers a colorful exception to the city’s gridded urban rule with its collection of narrow streets beset with modest row homes and independently-owned businesses.

A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the El, bus or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. Fishtown is a trendy neighborhood with some of the newest (and best) restaurants and bars, with adequate free parking directly out the front door. This place is a real gem!

- ~10 minute Uber to Center City and City Hall
- ~10 minute Uber to Art Museum and Ben Franklin Parkway

We had a great stay at this townhouse in FishTown. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location to enjoy all that the area has to offer. It was also close to the thruway to make travel to different parts of the city convenient.
