This property did not have hot water. Upon notifying management, they informed her that it would not be fixed until the following Monday. They transferred her to a neighboring property where there was a bed bug. This was an awful travel experience due to the conditions of both properties.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Our room didn't have any liners in the trash containers,the water to take a shower barely got warm (not hot at all), room keys had to be recoded after visiting the bar or going out, and upon arriving the toilet handle needed repairs. I've stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Charlotte and had a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend Aloft Hotel after staying at your airport hotel. I'm not satisfied and will post my review on Yelp.
