We were in a suite on the 15th floor and it was so comfortable and had a view of the dragon bridge. All the staff are so accommodating and friendly. The hot stone massage in the day spa was magical. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast. An egg station as well. Afternoon tea was included in our stay, which was a lovely little extra. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to the market, restaurants, money changer and the river. We highly recommend and would stay again. "

"Hotel was right in the center of the Da Nang Town. Nice place to stay, big rooms and nice breakfast that we had enjoyed. Opposite the hotel has a nice place for supper, must try. "

"The buffet breakfast was amazing. The location is amazing. The property decor & ambiance was next level. Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable. However, the 'L' floor which is bunk style stay, was horrible because of the noise. You heard everything at all hours. A this glass and 1/4" plywood walls seperate the many multi bed rooms and the common area is right in the middle. I would recommend staying here only in the private rooms. I did ask several guests if they were in a private room and they said yes and there was no noise. "
