Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. And there is no hot water too, and sofa was hold with a few breaks.
