샤워기는 물줄기가 사방으로 튀고, 냉장고는 안 켜져있었으며, 우리 방에는 와이파이도 안 됐어요. 방 마다 시설의 차이가 좀 있는 것 같습니다. 그 외에 방은 깨끗했구요, 수영장도 너무 좋았습니다.

Personalen var trevlig men dom försöker lura en på pengar. Tex skulle vi på red sand dunes och dom försökte sälja på oss en tour, när det tog 10 min att promenera dit. Det är runt en mil till turistområdet med restauranger och städade stränder.

가격대비 진짜 좋다. 야외수영장도 아무때나 이용할수 있는점이 정말 마음에 들었다. 한적한 곳에 위치해있어 주변에 음식점이 없는점이 아쉬웠지만 프론트에 얘기만하면 택시를 불러주거나 오토바이를 저렴한 가격에 빌릴수 있어서 좋았다.

Poor location

Upon arrival the staff were seemingly unfriendly and unwilling to help. It seems this hotel was mainly for locals to enjoy their time-off. The location of the place was quite far away from other locations; especially at night where the dirt roads were dark and no restaurant in sight. The room was semi-clean and had a smell of old lemongrass. Poor location was the real turn-off here. Even considering price, there were other options within the Mui Ne area to stay.

To start with something good, the lady at the reception was extremely courteous. However, the condition of the mini house was not so good. We encountered issues with having hot water and there were water leaks. Wifi signals weren't strong enough, and we were provided with a wifi password which is wrong. The mini house was kept clean but I noticed very low maintenance. The hotel is situated away from the action area. There is only one restaurant in the neighbouring area.

The receptionist was nice and friendly to provide help, they help us to contact the tour agent in Muine. The Hotel's environment really excellent, me and my friends enjoy to stay there. Even the location not in the town centre but the receptionist will help to arrange transport.

Red Sand Dunes 가까이에 있어요. 걸어서 다니기는 불편한 거리입니다. 저희는 스쿠터 렌트해서 다녀서 편했어요. 숙소 주변에 씨푸드 레스토랑도 있어요. 수영장도 깔끔하고 방도 깨끗해요. 저렴하고 조용한 숙소를 찾으시는 분들에게 추천합니다.

not good place and worst service mind

We make a reservation three rooms for two days but there is no room for one day. Manager asked another hotel but only one small room. We made a protest and manager said "It is a same price". Finally, we had to pay more for two rooms. This hotel is far away from beach and downtown. We needed taxi always. And did not clean room, dozens of ants crawled up bed. because there is scraps of food at bedside.

Not recommended if you want beach vacation

Not a place to stay if you want to go to the beach within walking distance. The guest house is rather new but the bed were not so comfortable. Water flow from shower was rather weak. Internet did not work in the afternoon. Depending whom you talk to at the reception, the service differ a lot from good to bad. Unless you like to go to shop at the local market, experience to local way of living, this is not really a place for beach vacation enthusiast.
