No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best"

"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"
