「The staff was pleasant and accommodating , the pub menu was well rounded; the food delicious. The VLTs on property were a plus. The room was nice the bathroom very clean with the exception of one spider surprising me in the shower. The smoke shack was big and comfy. One bus to downtown, 10 mins on foot to the mall. All in all a great stay.」
「Very convenient location for early morning flight. They offer light breakfast from 3am, which was greatly appreciated because our flight was at 6am and we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am. The room was big and clean, except that the shower was full of molds. But overall nice stay! 」

Only issue, there was a group of kids, young teenagers that made so much noise running up and down the halls on the second floor. Knocking on doors and running away. Didnt notice an adult with them. It was disturbing the last 2 nights」
「This hotel is situated in the perfect spot to get around St Johns. We were close to everything! The hotel was clean and my kids loved the pool with the slides. It was convenient to have East Side Marios attached to the hotel as well.」
「We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.」
