Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Leisure area was nice but hot tube and pool looks like needed be cleaned and had lots of bleach and chemicals. Bedrooms needs a makeover, very old building. Missed cupboards and hangers to organize clothes.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Café da manhã com variedades (e funcionando até às 11h aos fins de semana e feriados, o que é raridade) e funcionários muito receptivos. Cama muito confortável e o ar condicionado gelava o quarto inteiro. Localização excelente, podendo fazer a maior parte do tour pelos equipamentos históricos andando. Muito fácil para se locomover de uber e há um terminal com oferta de ônibus em frente ao hotel, assim como mercado, lojas e farmácias. O que pode melhorar: elevador, que precisa de manutenção; limpeza da piscina e jacuzzis (aqui achamos que precisa de maior atenção); uma plaquinha pra deixar na porta e indicar que queremos limpeza do quarto (tivemos que solicitar).

Nao fica localizada no centro historio e sim no centrao da cidade ao lado da rodoviaria, uma regiao meio estranha e cheia de lixo espalhado e mendigos na praça. Nao tem estacionamento, é cobrado a parte e achei distante. A area de lazer e cafe pra vc atravessar passa por muita escada ( ruim pra quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade) e um corredor descoberto. Vc se molha quando chove. O hotel por dentro e uma gracinha, so a tv que nao pega direito e as tabuas fazem muito barulho nos corredores . Acustica dos quartos é ruim. Da pra ouvir tudo do quarto vizinho . O cafe da manha e bem gostoso. Bem barulhento.

Agradável surpresa este hotel econômico em Petrópolis que oferece aos ĥóspedes serviços semelhantes a excelentes hotéis boutiques que já frequentamos. Avisamos antecipadamente sobre nossa comemoração de bodas e adquirimos por um valor justíssimo o kit romântico completo, que nos surpreendeu pela qualidade do espumante, beleza das rosas, deliciosos chocolates, cartão e quarto muito bem arrumado com saboroso e farto café da manhã servido no quarto para o casal. Na área comum o café também é muito saboroso e diversificado. Tem máquina Três Corações com cappucino e café com leite deliciosos. Tudo que é servido no buffet é fresco,as atendentes são simpáticas e atenciosas e o ambiente é lindo, espaçoso e tranquilo! As Piscinas aquecidas não utilizamos, porque estavam sendo utilizadas por vários hóspedes e pelo tamanho consideramos que seria mais conveniente entrarmos somente no primeiro horário,entretanto, o tempo ficou corrido, foram somente 3 diárias no feridão. O quarto 212 ,de fundos é confortável, espaçoso, ar silencioso,tv com vários canais, banheiro com ótimo tamanho e limpeza diária. A localização central ajuda nos valores econômicos das corridas dos carros de aplicativos aos pontos turísticos. Fomos ao Festival de Churrasco em Itaipava com apresentacão de bandas e comidas maravilhosas ! Amamos nossa experiência. Gratidão ao proprietário e a todos os colaboradores. O hotel é bastante confortável e muito bem conservado. O café da manhã é extremamente bem servido, com grande variedade de opções. Gostaria de ressaltar, especialmente, a excelência de toda a equipe. Os colaboradores são atenciosos, educados e gentis, e fizeram de tudo para tornar nossa estadia inesquecível. Tivemos alguns pequenos contratempos na acomodação, mas tudo foi prontamente resolvido, o que nos deixou muito satisfeitos. Era aniversário do meu namorado, e fomos surpreendidos com um gesto encantador: prepararam um bolinho e cantaram parabéns. Foi um momento especial e demonstrou o quanto são acolhedores. Superou minhas expectativas, foi um Day off maravilhoso. Iniciou-se com o atendimento (Beatriz) na recepção de forma bem cordial, tivemos as explicações sobre cada ambiente do hotel. O quarto no segundo andar lindo, limpo e cama muito aconchegante. Banheiro espaçoso, silêncio nos corredores, localização do hotel bem no centro ao lado de uma rodoviária, em frente a um mercado. A área de convivência/ SPA com piscina e jacuzzi climatizados, foi a parte que mais gostamos. (Bem relaxante com música ao fundo). Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ou seja, super indico o hotel e voltarei com certeza 🙏

Limpeza totalmente precária. Tinha lixo dos hóspedes anteriores no chão ao lado da pia do banheiro. O banheiro fedido. Serviço de quarto não passou um pano no chão do banheiro de um dia pro outro. O chão de taco afundando no quarto. As áreas comuns tem potencial, mas parecem meio abandonadas. Nada a ver com as fotos. Café da manhã ok. Nenhuma opção sem glúten. Não voltaria.

É a segunda vez que fico e teve uma troca bem grande da equipe aqui. Eu realmente gostava muito mais da equipe de recepção anterior. Eu trabalho em hotel de luxo e sei como você deve tratar alguém, não é essa forma que vocês fazem. Recepção é sorriso, educação, carinho, atendimento mais humano. Não foi ruim, mas não foi bom. Os quartos precisam de reforma urgente. O chão é horrível, range em todo canto, foi horrível por minha filha para dormir com o chão gritando cada vez que eu andava. O café da manhã foi ótimo, as meninas muito educadas e gentis. Precisa melhorar a limpeza da piscina, as bordas estão sujas, uma esponja resolve... Mas eu gosto do hotel, de verdade. Vou voltar, mas tem suas deficiencias.
