O quarto era bom. No site, a cama era queen, mas no quarto era de casal e tinha uma de solteiro. O quarto era limpo, tinha geladeira, mesa com cadeiras e ar condicionado. O banheiro era bom. A sala de jogos era ruim e mal cuidada. Mesa de sinuca suja, baralhos amassados e sujos, video game não funcionava . O café da manhã muito simples, básico. O almoço tinha opções limitadas e não era bom, sendo que esse era um hotel fazenda, longe da cidade. A comida deveria ser excelente e não era. A internet não é boa e se chover cai. Tem uma piscina ótima, mas as bordas não são limpas à muito tempo. Cheia de limo, gordura. A sauna é boa e o bar da piscina tb. Mas, fica meio abandonado. A única coisa boa é a natureza, a paisagem, o clima, os pássaros, mas a igrejinha estava abandonada, cheia de teias de aranha e não tinha trilha pra chegar até ela. É no meio do mato mesmo. Os cavalos muito sujos e as lhamas tb. Passa um rio na fazenda com água barrenta. Entretenimento é zero. Eu ainda não entendi o que o dono pretende mantendo essa fazenda como hotel, se ela não oferece coisas boas aos hóspedes. Ele não dá importância à opinião dos funcionários e nem dos hóspedes e o gerente é pessimo, só dá desculpas pela falta de hóspedes no hotel. Foi lamentável. Poderia ter sido maravilhoso se a administração desse hotel fazenda estivesse preparada para gerir com competência um espaço tão cheio de possibilidades. Realmente, uma pena.

Ficamos em uma suíte muito longe das áreas de piscina e restaurante, mas os gerentes foram atenciosos e nos levaram de carro à noite de volta para a suíte, porém, esta condição deveria ter sido informada antes da reserva. O restaurante buffet não tem muita variedade de comida. Aconselho o cardápio a lá carte. A picanha é muito boa, assim como o churrasco servido no bar da piscina. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. O local externo é excelente. A acomodação é confortável e limpa, mas minha tv não estava funcionando com tv a cabo como haviam anunciado. Tinha somente tv aberta que pegava muito mal. No geral a experiência foi muito boa, mas com os pontos citados que podem melhorar.

O melhor é a piscina aquecida e o pior são os pet.

O Hotel é uma fazenda com excelente espaço e áreas para confraternização com amigos. O que mais gostei foi a piscina aquecida e o salão de jogos, além da ampla área rural. O que menos gostei foi da comida. Infelizmente vc não tem lugares perto para comer ou pedir e precisa da cozinha fo hotel. A comida pode melhorar e muito. A cozinha precisa caprichar mais na higiene, tempero e porções. Os petiscos da piscina são os piores, mal feitos, pouca porção, sem gosto e ainda veio com cabelo enorme. O jantar até foi um pouco melhor, mas pode melhorar. O café da manhã que salvou, pois tinha um bom atendimento e produtos naturais e saborosos.

O check-in foi facilitado para entrada as 11 hs. Foi pedido que no dia anterior preparassem algum breakfast para 2 hospedes que saíriam as 05:00 hs e não foram atendidos e alegaram que fecharam o restaurante às 20:00 hs e esses hóspedes não se apresentaram na recepção para o check-out, mesmo vendo os hospedes na área ao lado, no salão de jogos, não se disposeram a perguntar se ainda necessitavam do serviço, mesmo sabendo que os pais fariam o check-out e pagariam pela despesa, como o fizeram devidamente pela manhã. Portanto, o atendimento foi péssimo apesar de toda cordialidade aparewnte.

Utilizei apenas uma diária pois a viagem era apenas para relaxar em um local diferente do que costumo me hospedar ou estar. Eu e minha noiva procuramos um local de paz e tranquilidade, e particularmente, gostamos e muito do local pois era justamente aquilo que precisávamos. O atendimento era excepcional, a comida e o café da manhã muito boa. Mas infelizmente o que pecou em nossa estadia foi apenas na hora do banho que era impossível regular o registro da água quente ou fria, ou seja, ou era muito quente, ou era muito fria, mas conseguimos tomar banho numa boa, fora isso não temos do que nos queixar. Muito obrigado, e voltaremos em breve tenho certeza.
