Mais qualidade nos serviços que o hotel oferece.

O Hotel nao tem cafe da manhã e também nao vi nenhuma possibilidade de água para os hospedes no hotel, nem para vender e nenhum bebedor. O Hotel poderia ter opções de venda de: Água, itens para fazer um lanche.

Decepcionante. Em vários sites informam que é servido café da manhã e possui recepção 24h. Não é verdade, os banheiros transbordando papel higiênico, levem sua toalha ou terão que pagar uma rasgada, banheiro não possui sabão para lavar as mãos (tive que sair para comprar). Isto foi só o principal. Não recomendo.

Desconfortável, limpeza precária, sem estacionamento, sem toalhas de banho, chuveiro descontrolado que impossibilita o banho, colchões velhos e cama barulhenta. Apenas o atendimento da Tamires que tenta fazer de tudo para o cliente se sentir satisfeito, mas infelizmente ela não consegue fazer milagres. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

Não é lugar pra ir com família, e sim para casal que deseja ficar no máximo 1 noite. Faltou água no último dia, tive que ir embora sem banho eu, minha esposa e meus filhos, os banheiros ficavam muito sujo, a cama tinha um buraco horrível, cama sem conforto algum, a tv era tvbox saia do ar toda hora. Enfim, foi uma experiência não muito agradável, pode melhorar muito, possui localização privilegiada, o café da manhã por mais que seja pago e bom e tem um pouco de variedade. Os funcionários são guerreiros e trabalham muito, acho que o problema ali e gestão e investimento mesmo.

É um ambiente simples, tranquilo, limpo e aconchegante. O café da manhã é simples e está de de acordo com o custo-benefício do valor da diária. Minha única sugestão é melhorar a qualidade dos colchões, que em alguns quartos são duros.

Há funcionárias super simpáticas, e a infraestrutura do hostel é bastante satisfatória, apresentando diversos banheiros de uso comum, cozinha ampla com todos os utensílios à disposição, área de convivência confortável, enfim, para essa categoria de hospedagem o Vin Imperial atende muito bem. Só acho que somente uma geladeira (e pequena) à disposição de todos os hóspedes, como a que há na recepção, não dá vazão para atender a todos os hóspedes nesse quesito.

Vale muito a pena !

Hostel muito bem localizado, próximo da catedral. Fui eu e minha filha o ambiente é ótimo ficamos em quarto privativo com TV a cabo, simples limpo com roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis, só os cobertores que para mim que sou friorenta podiam ser mais quentes. Funcionários solicitos e simpaticos. Café da manha simples mais gostoso. Ficar em um hostel nos proporcionou fazer amizades, trocar experiências. Voltaremos com certeza!!

Estadia de 24 horas.

Como só ficamos uma noite não posso fazer uma avaliação mais aprofundada mas gostaria de destacar o bom atendimento de jovem Sara e de todos os colaboradores. O quarto estava limpo porém achei um pouco apertado. Havia um armário enorme que poderia ter sido retirado do local. Falta um armário e/ou cabides para colocar as roupas. Café da manhã simples mas de boa qualidade e as meninas muito educadas e simpáticas. Pretendo voltar em uma outra oportunidade.
