ハウスルール

Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am. Please take off shoes before going upstairs in the Sunset House. Pets are welcomed. Pet fee is $20. No Grills.

We serve cooked to order breakfast. Menus are given at check in and need to be turned in by 8pm the night before breakfast, except for late check ins.

Add a romance pkg for $75. Includes a bottle of wine, 2 glasses, fake rose petals on the bed, flowers, and Kilwin's chocolates. Give 72hrs adv notice.

B&B first timers

Clean, comfortable, cozy place. Hosts were accommodating and helpful. We shopped in Harbor Springs and Petoskey and enjoyed the area very much. Would definitely stay there again!

Snowy Paradise

Trip was scheduled for the same time as a big snowstorm. Communication with owners was fast. Highly recommend.

Harbor Springs Get-A-Way

Happy Days and Nights was a great location for our first trip to Harbor Springs area. Harbor Springs or Petoskey was a short drive in opposite directions. Chris and Jessica took good care of us and our dog Seth. There is plenty of space in the Inn and outside to have privacy as needed. Of the guests we had contact with there was the usual Midwestern friendliness. I believe the Inn Keepers will attract that type of guest. Breakfast was great and always served on time. We look forward to returning.

Clean and friendly

We enjoyed our stay in this very dog friendly bed and breakfast. Chris and Jessica were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was nice.

Fantastic Experience!

My partner and I stayed for an extended weekend and birthday celebration and we absolutely LOVED it! The property and room are beautiful and clean. Chris and Jessica were amazing hosts, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The food was great, as was the wine tasting. If we are ever up this way again, we will most definitely book here again. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

Excellent base camp to tour the area

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, gave us a great start to explore wineries, Harbor Springs, tunnel of trees, etc.

A beautiful B&B in every way and detail. Breakfast was perfect, and the little winery (and wine tasting) across the driveway / parking area was a nice added surprise. Chris and Jess were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

So Wonderful!!

My mom and I stayed here for a quick girls trip up north and it was perfect!!! The room was so cute and the breakfast in the morning was amazing!! The hotel managers were so kind and welcoming!! We will be staying here again!
