Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...

「We loved our spacious suite, the friendly reception staff, and the complimentary water—especially since the jet tub was a huge hit with the kids, the location offered an easy, 25-minute free bus ride to Clervaux, and they even let us leave our baggage before check-in so we could sightsee without heavy luggage; however, while we are aware that pets are allowed, there was a lingering pet odor from a previous stay that wasn't ideal.」

「Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa.」
