気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Room needed updating. When we arrived there were no towels or toilet paper. The toilet showed worn areas in the tile it was on, and to the back of the toilet The light in shower/toilet area took awhile to light up, then when on, the light was dim and constantly flashing on and off. The drain in the tub would not drain unless cap was unscrewed. No soap in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was detached and near empty.The hair dryer had as much power as someone blowing through a straw. The furniture was old and worn. The lamps were rusty. Inadequate electrical outlets near bed to plug in devices. There was dust on the furniture and the floors needed a good cleaning.The heating/AC unit was slightly detached from the wall allowing cold air to come into the room, causing the heater to be on constantly, never reaching the set temperature of 70 degrees. Lastly, I know that there was an ice/snow storm before we arrived, and Virginia was having difficulty clearing streets and reopening schools, but the walks around the hotel were icy and needed salt or sand, badly.
The positives were that the bed was comfortable and the employer who checked us in was courteous and when called about the missing supplies, was quick to retrieve them.
