Hat für unser Wohl gesorgt mit frischen Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem eingerichtete was man brauchte. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Die Terrasse groß und super zugänglich. Privaten Parkplatz und W LAN perfekt. Strand 5min Fußweg perfekt auch für Hunde. Vermieter sind super Kinder und Tierlieb. Kurz und bündig. The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!」

「Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pescara sehr genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich Supermärkte, Essenslokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Ein Balkon ist leider nicht dabei, aber man kann im Hof sitzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses, die Bewohner sind sehr nett. Parkplätze findet man mit Geduld in der Nähe der Unterkunft.」
