Il Pignocco Country House cottage is located on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in the Marche countryside, just 6 km from the sea.

Our travel proposal includes sea, countryside, relaxation, good food, walks in the countryside and in authentic medieval villages, such as Fano, Novilara, Candelara, Gradara, Montefabbri, Mombaroccio and finally the beautiful Urbino. In the Marche region, a corner of Italy still to be discovered and appreciated, Il Pignocco Country House is the perfect place to rest from the frenzy of everyday life.

The MARICA studio is located on the ground floor of the Il Pignocco Country House cottage and has an independent entrance. It can be occupied by 2 or 3 guests. It consists of a sleeping area with double bed, kitchen, reading armchairs, TV and bathroom suitable for the disabled, with shower. Upon request, it is possible to add a single bed. In front of the entrance door, there is a table and garden chairs for outdoor dining, or for relaxing with a good book, or a glass of wine.

"I spent a few days in this beautiful villa. I must say it has been a wonderfull holiday. Tha flat was so nice, the view of the town and the of the sea from the top of the hill was great. The countryside is charming. And I will not forget the swiming-pool sorrounded by the olives...wow..."

Great stay

We had a great stay at Pignocco. Cosey appartment, beautifull location, friendly staff. The only disadvantage was that there was a group of 10 people who were very loud at the pool. But despite this, we would definitively recommand this appartment.

Am Swimming Pool unter Olivenbäumen liegen, sich eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen in der Küchenecke zubereiten, tolle Ausflüge in die umliegende Gegend. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, das sich für uns als unverzichtbar erwiesen hat, da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb, deshalb aber wundervoll ruhig, liegt. Tolle Sicht auf Pesaro. Schön auch der Brötchen-Service morgens, am Abend vorher kann man bestellen, was man möchte. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, würden wir wieder dort übernachten. Wir waren 1,5 Wochen dort, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!!

L''appartamento è ben attrezzato come descritto nell''annuncio, pulito e molto curato nell''arredamento. Le proprietarie sono gentili e disponibili. La posizione un po''isolata dell''appartamento lo rende particolarmente silenzioso e perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Il centro di Pesaro si raggiunge con facilità con l''auto e tutti i servizi sono accessibili in poco tempo."

"La Country House e la su...

"La Country House e la sua posizione sono davvero splendide. Da Milano ci è sembrato di fare un tuffo nel passato, ma con tutti i comfort del caso.
