Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott

"This was our second stay at Palacio del Inka in the past year, and its biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of so much of Cusco, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is quite large and sprawling, and at first it can feel a little like navigating a maze, but once you figure out the layout, it becomes much easier. The front desk staff have always been very helpful and accommodating and the rooms have always been clean. The only reason I would take off a star is the restaurant service. The food itself is fine but service can be extremely slow and the staff are not always particularly attentive. That was really the only downside for us. Overall, though, we’ve enjoyed both of our stays."

"We visited Aguas Calientes in the winter, the windows in the room where no sealed so moisture came in all day all the stuff feel damp, activity in the little town starts early, there is music from the restaurants around the plaza, people talking, and since the windows are not sealed you can hear everything. I don’t know who is in the summer. The place is in a hill like almost everything here you have a few step to climb."
