「丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利」

「Este establecimiento nunca tuvo mi reserva de expedia, encima seguía ofreciendo disponibilidad en expedia cuabdo realmente no tenia espacios. Por últimos no me brindo ninguna solución sólo atinaron a decirme que ya estaba reservado todo y no tenian mi reserva. Pase un mal rato porque el hotel esta bien retirado y ni siquiera me brindaron una alternativa. Deberia retirarse de expedia sino pretenden respetar las reservas es mas nunca me llamaron.」

「The location just outside the center of town is great. You don't hear traffic noise at all. I had a restful night's stay. Make sure to take the guided walk In the hotel's private rnature eserve leading down to the river. An additional fee for a boat ride Is worth it. I felt that 1/2 hour was sufficient. Very clean and well appointed room. Enjoyed the pool as well.」

「the room 105 was very damp and cold in fact by the second night we both had a cold, and looked for a new place , took until the 5 nday to find one so we moved out a day early but did not care」
