This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The 3rd floor has a vaulted ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a fireplace, a powder room/half bath, and a private deck to welcome sunrise. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms with a hallway full bath, a master bedroom with a private bath, and a laundry area. The first level comprises a secondary living room with a fireplace, a desk area, a full bath, and a bunk bed room.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
